That many docs are still classified in itself says that there were conspiracies by Indian Leaders. The conflict between Netaji and Nehru are well known and there is every possibility that Nehru in connivence with Russian government imprisoned or killed Netaji. Since India was a major customer for Russian Government, they would have more then eager to help Nehru.
